To register and maintain an Account on the Catar4d Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Catar4d enforces a strict21+ minimum age requirement consistent with internationally licensed casino operations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, with any balance forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to court-ordered incapacity are not eligible.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using the Catar4d Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. Catar4d does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion from the Platform or from any other gambling operator's network where Catar4d participates in shared exclusion schemes.

Each Account is personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any wagering activity conducted by a third party who gains access through your credentials.

Catar4d processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following primary deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost e-Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR / Transfer, FPX (Online Banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Catar4d offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, and the referal programme. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal. Applicable wagering multipliers are stated in each individual bonus offer.
• During any active bonus period, a maximum bet per spin or per bet applies (typically MYR 25–MYR 50 per round unless otherwise stated). Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual bonus terms.
• Each bonus offer carries an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the expiry window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Any behaviour that Catar4d reasonably identifies as bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit promotions, or structured gameplay for the purpose of low-risk bonus extraction — will result in immediate cancellation of all related bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Catar4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already credited to Accounts under the terms applicable at the time of credit.

All games available on the Catar4d Platform are operated using certified RNG technology (for non-live games) or professionally managed live dealer studios. The rules governing each game type — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, slot games, sports betting markets, and crash games — are as stated within the relevant game interface or sports betting product at the time of wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Catar4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Accessing the Platform while under21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Coluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any game where collusion would provide a statistical advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported immediately to the support team rather than exploited.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent reversal of payment transactions after placing wagers or claiming bonuses.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the Catar4d customer support team or other players on any shared platform feature.

Catar4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be regarded as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulties, or resolving personal problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users through the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen alerts displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal recreational gaming. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent of Catar4d.

Game software, RTP data, odds algorithms, and any other proprietary gaming technology displayed on or forming part of the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio licensor and is protected accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Catar4d, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Catar4d specifically disclaims liability for: (a) any technical errors, platform outages, or interruptions of service; (b) any game results arising from certified RNG outcomes; (c) any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the User at registration or during KYC; (d) any third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond Catar4d's reasonable control; and (e) any consequences arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Catar4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other unlawful conduct.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration or subsequently.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority or the Platform's licensing regulator.

Upon termination for non-fraudulent reasons, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any void bonuses) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct will have all balances reviewed prior to any potential release, and Catar4d reserves the right to withold funds connected with prohibited activity.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. All outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be resolved before processing a voluntary closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Catar4d holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any changes. We maintain an accessible record of the effective date to assist with this review.
